Replacement of defective can opener
I had reached out to customer service about my issue and they were very helpful to help me with my issue. I answered all of their questions and was able to get a replacement right away. Very professional and really cared about my issue.

Replacement of Defective Product
When I followed the instructions on how to get a replacement for a defective can opener I received a new can opener very quickly. They were very professional and the process was handled quickly.

Things happen
Things happen. Mine stopped working. All the company wanted was a video and pictures. The new unit was shipped immediately and works perfectly. Great customer service.

I was not satisfied with my first…
I was not satisfied with my first purchase after experiencing several malfunctions. After my review, the company reached out to me to troubleshoot the issues. That did not work so the company sent a replacement product, which works perfectly. The customer service experience alone was enough to motivate me to try another product. I'm sure errors can be made during production that the company is not aware of, but it's great for them to take responsibility and try to resolve the issue.

Kitchen Mama, a Highly Recommended Company
I'm an 84 year-old with severe arthritis in both shoulders and cannot operate a top opener can opener. A young friend suggested buying the Kitchen Mama can opener for me--as an early Christmas gift. It worked very well for 3 weeks, but then completely stopped operating. I contacted Kitchen Mama's incredible Support Team. Serge was so supportive and helpful and I am grateful for my lovely new replacement. This can opener is working perfectly well. I highly recommend Kitchen Mama for anyone who wishes to purchase their product.

Valuable kitchen tool and quality customer service
I purchased the Kitchen Mama electric can opener for my elderly mother who was struggling with traditional openers. Over the next 18 months or so it became a very helpful tool for her in the kitchen and was used regularly (not daily, but multiple times a week). It stopped working effectively and consistently so I reached out to customer service who responded quickly. Ultimately a replacement unit was sent, but preceding that, customer service remained helpful, patient, and expeditious in their responses.
