Wonderful relief for arthritic hands. Superb customer support!! Because of arthritic hands, I have had great difficulties using a can opener for the past several years. After seeing the ad for Kitchen Mama, I ordered one and have been more than pleased with the ease of use. After 10 months my Kitchen Mama began malfunctioning. Upon contacting customer support, they walked me through the procedure to receive a replacement through their warranty. Their kindness, patience and instructions took me through the process.. a 90-year-old non techie. And yes, they did replace it without any difficulties. I am so pleased with this product I have purchased four of them to share with friends. Excellent product, excellent service, can't praise them enough.

Bought an automatic can opener and 2 salt and pepper shakers. Arrived on a Friday and one of the shakers was broken. I sent the team an email that day thinking I wouldn’t hear anything until Monday. They responded asap and by Sunday they were getting ready to ship me a new shaker. It all works great too! Excellent customer service and they stand by their products. I definitely recommend them!!! Amazing !

Bought the Kitchen Mama in February and it worked great until early summer. I emailed customer services and they tried a few things to remedy the problem and after options failed they sent a new one. Love the can opener - glad to have one back!
