I had an issue with the can opener that I purchased. I was able to get this issue resolved in a timely manner.

I purchased a Kitchen Mama can opener about 6 months ago and it stopped working which I then contacted support for assistance in replacing the defective device. It was a bit of a nuisance of having to go back and forth with questions . Kitchen Mama's 1rst response was a bit insulting as they were directions on how to on install batteries and use product 'correctly'. After which I had to provide pictures and videos to prove the device no longer worked. In the end Kitchen Mama did honor the warranty and sent me a replacement. Just don't think a consumer has to jump thru all these hoops to get a defective item replaced that is still under warranty

I purchased one of the can openers through Amazon for Christmas last year for my mom and it's amazing. She loves it and I've used it a bunch as well, so I purchased one for myself this year that stopped working after a few months. I ordered through Amazon so it was past the return period, but I looked on Kitchen Mama and saw I was under warranty and contacted them for help. Everyone was very nice. The only downfall of the process is the amount of back and forth to answer a bunch of different questions. I feel like the easier route would be to send consumers a form to fill out with all questions regarding their product at once to get through the warranty process a little faster. I was more than willing to send the product back as well, but it was just a lot of back and forth with the questions and it was frustrating when all questions could have been answered in just one email instead of 5. But, they were nice, and I got a replacement that works perfectly.

After receiving my Orbit One rechargeable can opener , I noted that the box and instructions referred to a 'Blade Screwdriver.' I could not find it and wrote to Kitchen Mama. In less than 4 hours, Serge responded with a description and picture. The screwdriver was in the box exactly as described, unfortunately I had thought it was part of the box. It would have been helpful to include the picture showing the location of the screwdriver in the literature, which otherwise was acurate.

Our Kitchen Mama can opener stopped working only a few months after purchasing it via Amazon. I contacted Kitchen Mama via the Amazon app to inform them and I received a very quick response from Serge at Kitchen Mama. Serge provided me with very clear and concise instructions to diagnose the problem as well as suggestions to try and fix the pproblem. Serge was able to determine that the can opener was faulty and he arranged for a new Kitchen Mama Can Opener to be couriered to us as the product was still under Warranty. The new can opener arrived a few days after and the new one works perfectly. At all times Serge was very courteous, apologetic, extremely helpful and quick with his diagnosis. Now we have a Kitchen Mama that easily and quickly opens cans. Thank you very much Serge for all your help. You are a great ambassador for your product.
