I purchased a Kitchen Mama can opener in May of 2024 and each time I reached out with questions, I received quick feedback and assistance. I love how easy it is to use and can store it in my utensil drawer. I live in Western North Carolina and just days before Helene brought her devastation to us, I contacted Kitchen Mama to say my can opener was not working. I received a prompt response. When I did not reply, Serge reached out more than once to check on me. No pressure, just concern. Today, 3 months later, I contacted Serge and he gave me the assistance I needed for a replacement. I provided the information he needed and within a couple hours my "Ticket" was given high priority. Our can opener jammed up one day and I contacted Customer Service. Nicca was very helpful and after a few questions we were promptly sent a replacement. Customer service is top-notch and the products are amazing.

We tried to open a large can and the can opener jammed. I notified Kitchen Mama, and after a few questions to clarify the problem, we were sent a replacement. These was a very smooth resolution.

Just shy of one year after buying our can opener, it got stuck on a can and would no longer work. The company was absolutely wonderful to deal with - not only were they professional and efficient in getting it replaced, they kept me informed of each step and checked after delivery to make sure we received the new one and were happy. Add in Nicca’s kind emails and I highly recommend this company and its product!

My can opener got misaligned and wouldn't open up cans any longer. I had it for almost a year. I reached out to Kitchen Mama and followed their procedures for trying to fix it. When that didn't work I sent my receipt and pictures of my can opener. Eight days after my complaint I received a brand new opener. I was supported promptly and politely throughout the process. What tremendous customer support!

I began having issues with my opener 10 months after buying it through Amazon. I used "contact the seller," and explained my issue via email. Although it required a little effort to show my issue, each response from the rep was quick, I did not have to wait days in between. Once everything was documented, it was moved to a higher level, and my new opener was on its way to me.
