I loved their customer service. I had a can opener that I bought from them that was damaged in some way that I didn't know about. I wrote them an email to see if it had a warranty and to my surprise they told me that the warranty was for one year. I love it! Not many products have such a long warranty. Anyway, we wrote a couple of emails to each other asking me to test the can opener and send them some information. That was it. After two emails I already had a new product in my house. The warranty process was very quick and easy. I recommend it 100%.

After about 8 months of use, my can opener stopped working. I contacted KitchenMama and received incredible, quick, detailed support on how to submit for a replacement. The company was attentive and showed great customer service, making the process simple and actually enjoyable. This kind of care is rare and refreshing!

I bought my mom a Kitchen Mama and she fell in love with it after the first use. It is effortless to use. Even when she would use an electric can opener, many times it wouldn’t open it completely and she would have to use a knife to pry it open to get the continents out. I worried she would hurt herself using a knife. With the Kitchen Mama I don’t have to worry, it opens the cans completely and no sharp edges. I had a friend get me a Kitchen Mama and it didn’t work as well as the one I bought my mom. I contacted the company and within a week they remedied the problem. You certainly don’t find this in companies these days. I was very impressed, just as I am impressed with this product. It’s the best opener I’ve ever used. It’s a great opener for everyone. Highly recommend!!

I ordered a second can opener when mine finally bit the dust after years and something was wrong with the blade and it wasn’t working properly and all I had to do was send them a video and send them what kind of can I’m trying to open and voilà, no questions asked my warranty was up, but they honored it and said they will send me a new can opener to which I received promptly and I’m a very happy customer.
