Too many emails and my delivery is still not here I would prefer just one email to notify me when the order is coming This is the first time I have ordered from your company, but it may be the last

Nobody has gotten back to me yet about…
Nobody has gotten back to me yet about my purchase of the toilet seat. I let you guys know that it did not fit on my father’s toilet and how can I return it but nobody has gotten back to me.

Very slow on standard delivery
Very slow on standard delivery, website is difficult to navigate, customer service is slow, and company is very slow responding with shipping information which leads to suspicion of a scam, although it proves not to be.

Excellent service
Excellent service as well as great quality scooter. Only problem was it was supposed to arrive on Friday the 29th of August. It limited my holiday weekend but was delivered yesterday the 2nd of September.
