Upon ordering I was given a specific date for delivery. When I inquired about it 4 days after it was supposed to arrive, I was told that the product had not been shipped. If I had known it was going to be delayed that much I would have ordered it earlier.

Thank you for sharing your concern. We understand how disappointing it can be when a product issue occurs so soon after purchase. Can you please provide more information about what the issue was so we can better understand and assist?

In the beginning, everything was peachy creamy. Oh if it’s under warranty, will send it to you for nothing then and then reality email at the email ask them for the size of the screw. They gave me the length not the size bottom line for a couple of screws it cost me $28.50 to buy the whole bracket for the basket and I’m talking two little screws and all I needed was one I’m being generous giving a three stars

Thank you for your feedback. We understand how frustrating it can be when a small part is all you need. However, we want to clarify that we are not the manufacturer of this product. When an item is under warranty, all warranty claims—including replacement screws and hardware—must be handled through the retailer where the item was originally purchased. We provided the screw length information exactly as it was given to us by the manufacturer, but unfortunately, they do not supply individual screws. That is why the full bracket was the only replacement option available. We truly wish we could have done more, and we appreciate your understanding as well as the three-star rating. If you ever need help connecting with the manufacturer or navigating a warranty claim, we’re always happy to assist.

the item i ordered arrived as pictured but "deliver to" address was different from the billing address. they send the item to the billing address It was necessary to then pay to have the item delivered to the correct address delaying the product arrival.

Thank you for reaching out. After reviewing your order, we can confirm that only one address was entered during checkout. The shipping address was marked as “Same as billing,” which is why the item was delivered to the billing address. Unfortunately, we don’t make changes to the shipping address once an order is placed online, as the information entered at checkout is used automatically for processing and shipment. We understand how frustrating this situation can be and appreciate your understanding.

I paid for express shipping nearly two weeks ago and still do not have the product. You were very quick to charge my credit card.

Thank you for reaching out, and I sincerely apologize for the delay. We completely understand your frustration, especially since you paid for express shipping and haven’t yet received your order. Please know that we’ve already refunded the express shipping fee to your original payment method. You should see the credit reflected in your account shortly. According to the latest tracking update, your order is scheduled for delivery on Wednesday, October 22nd. We’ll continue to monitor it to ensure it arrives as expected.

Very slow on standard delivery, website is difficult to navigate, customer service is slow, and company is very slow responding with shipping information which leads to suspicion of a scam, although it proves not to be.

The Freedom lift is well-made, sturdy, easy to assemble, and it arrived on schedule. However, it has very limited use from flat, open areas like the bed or couch. It doesn't work from a manual wheelchair, as the wheels are in the way of the back opening up. It doesn't work on a power chair as the foot pedals and frame are in the way. It doesn't work on the toilet as there isn't enough room on either side to open up the back. If the freedom lift is left over the toilet, there isn't enough arm room to complete hygiene with armrests in the way. Just because you can roll it over a toilet doesn't mean it will actually work. I wish I had researched it further before purchasing it. It will work from a hospital bed to a drop arm commode, (not a regular commode) or to a bath bench in a roll-in shower. More instruction is needed with demonstrations to help prevent frustration from other caregivers. It needs to be modified further so the backrests can swing open without having to completely swing out the armrests. If just the backrests swung out, the lift could be pulled straight out of a narrow space.

Delivery takes too long.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the delay in your delivery. Most of our items are typically delivered within 3-5 business days, and we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. However, once the item is with the delivery company, the shipping times are outside of our direct control. When you place an order with free shipping, the typical delivery window is 3-5 business days, but for faster shipping, we recommend selecting expedited shipping at checkout. We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist if you need further assistance with your order.
