We ordered the SMILEZ Stroller with most all of the accessories. It is of great quality. It came quickly, however, the headrest extension didn't ship - this is what really sold us on the company - they opened a support ticket and their support team was all over getting that shipped to us - they were very cordial, knowledgeable, and persistent in making sure it shipped immediately to us.
