I reached out to the chat immediately when we opened the box to find there were no weights. I clicked on the link for the 36 pck, weights included that my OT wanted. I thought it was on sale, I really feel we should get a discount on the weights we had to purchase at $106.

We couldn’t be more pleased with our massager! The whole family uses it - from 10 to 70 currently- and we love it and the relief of overworked feet and legs to Grandma’s increased circulation from the relaxing massage. Delivery was quick and we have been enjoying it since!

Order related to surgery 9-14. Originally supposed to arrive 9-18 or earlier. Without any explanation now supposed to arrive 9-28. Unacceptable.

We ordered the SMILEZ Stroller with most all of the accessories. It is of great quality. It came quickly, however, the headrest extension didn't ship - this is what really sold us on the company - they opened a support ticket and their support team was all over getting that shipped to us - they were very cordial, knowledgeable, and persistent in making sure it shipped immediately to us.
