Even though the wheelchairs wheels were unavailable for a short while, I appreciated the updates about shipping but especially the low cost of obtaining the wheels. It made my life a great deal easier.

The customer service is terrible and they didn't delivery the $1999 item that I paid and extra $347 for overnight shipping on time. The package go flagged by UPS as medical hazard and they didn't do anything about it. This product was urgently needed for my 85 year old mother who was coming home from the hospital after loosing the ability to walk. Dulce was unable to provide customer support.

The website was easy to navigate,, I purchased a fully electric hospital bed, It arrived in time for Christmas,, had a couple of situations where I called to get instructions on putting the bed together and each time someone was there to help answer questions and help me with putting bed together Bed is great quality I will definitely buy from Shop Home Med again

It doesn't work on our bed. I sent its serial number and model before ordering on dec 9. Tania Solis replied that it was the correct hand control for this bed. none of the motors worked. i tried 3 different power supplies. Any suggestions. there is not much else that could be wrong?
