I purchased the repurposed jewelry box from Goodwill Blue Box. It was supposed to buy a 2-get-1-free sale. I only received the 2 boxes that I purchased. I thought, hey they made a mistake, let me contact them. That didn't turn out like I thought it would. If you go to their website the email address listed there gets returned to the sender undeliverable. Their Facebook page messenger gives you a different email address. I'm not sure if that address is valid, as I haven't received any response after multiple attempts. At this point, I'm counting it as a wash and will not be purchasing anything from them again.

Absolute trash and con artist stay away. They sell fake counterfeit items for thousands and claim products but items are totally different and no refunds . Con artist shop somewhere else . Items in horrible condition photos are manipulative

Seller:Goodwill-Easter Seals MN is RACIST! I bid on Item ID: 167424015 - Guess Lehi Black Monogram Embossed Faux Leather Satchel Handbag Purse and a pop up said this store rejected me. I wrote three times to enquire and they have ignored me. I want to give them a o rating, After spending thousands of dollars with several Goodwill stores since 2021, I am being ignored by these RACIST at this store, I wrote Customer Service about them and they too did ignored me.

I 1st started shopping on the website shopgoodwill.com several years ago, it is basically like ebay with auctions, buy it now, etc, aand includes many large goodwill stores across America. At 1st most items would start at a bid of around $4-$5. But as of the past couple of years Goodwill is taking advantage of the vintage/antique trend and marking up the dinated items to retail pricing, but what is worse, the shippibg cost is OUTRAGEOUS. I have received items that weighed less than a pound and the size of a magazine shipped in a box that could easily double a a doghouse for a large dog. They have put no effort at all into bringing down these cost and have no intention to. Fedex charges them , well the customer, dimensional weight instead if actual weight due to the laziness and slack attitude shopgoodwill.com views its current shipping procedures. Fedex has no choice but to charge more because shopgoodwill doesnt give a damn how much room their packages take up on thr carriers truck nor how much the buyer has to pay, which is beyond my understanding of greed because all items sre donated making it all profit except for thr basic expenses thay have and to top it all off, when purchasing an item , tax is added to a 2nd hand item. Hasnt tax been paid on that item when it was bought new by somebody? One more little act of greed is still to be done. After all this, goodwill asks if you would like to round your change up and donate it when you purchase an item. ITS ALL PROFIT ALREADY, ISNT THAT ONE OF THE THINGD GOODWILL DOES IS DONATE TO PROGRAMS IT HAS FORMED TO HELP LESS FORTUNATE PEOPLE, AND NOW YOU WANT ME TO DONATE MY EXTRA CHANGE!!! ON THE GOOD SIDE THOUGH THEY DO HAVE SOME VERY NEAT ITEMS AND OFTEN THERE WILL BE THINGS YOU CANT GET ANYWHERE ELSE.

ive seen alot of bad reviews about this app but i was so pleasantly surprised! i bought sneakers where the description said they had some flaws but these sneaks came and look close to brand new ! better than i ever could have expected ! this is my first time but i am definitely happy with my order !

I'm not going to say exactly what the lady said before I posted. Can someone please tell me if the inflation was just for shipping cause OMG it's like anything you buy on there your shipping will be double.. you buy for 9.99 for a regular size and weight item and your total is now $45... I know this billion dollar sorry excuse of a store... I see why y'all hire all con's and mentally challenged people so you can scam them too... But who really cares cause corporation of the usa, where you will get stepped on for profits... Smh oh Thanks piece of s+@# goodwill

Some Goodwill employees are taking advantage of the shipping companies'rates by exaggerating the size of the item in order to charge the highest shipping possible rates upon purchase then paying Fed ex(or another company) the correct and much lower shipping rate while pocketing the rest. 2 of the EXACT SAME ITEMS, Only a 4 mile difference in distance. The closer item was $36 to ship while the same item only 4 miles further away was $81 to ship. I contacted fed ex. Either goodwill employees need training in calculating shipping rates or they are purposely exagerrating the rates for profit at the consumers expense.

I buy an item. I pay for the item and an extra 30 bucks in shipping and handling. Then the item sits at the good will for a week or 2 before it is sent. I went to the pick up center in southern AZ. There were no handicapped people working. This is a corrupt lie. Very fat lies. eBay is cheaper and more honest.
