I was worried long distance move- I had to TRUST, and they were GREAT.

Very professional. I used same employee for the majority of my transaction. He did a good job. I only wish they would give you the 10 percent mark off at the END of the transaction, prior to the actual shipping. Also, clients should be offered the right to view the actual final weighing, even if you have to journey to Ship Smarts San Francisco shipping facility. Overall, my experience was ok.

Had a good experience from the initial phone contact to the final receiving of the shipment. Most affordable way to get things up to Alaska. Items arrived well wrapped and in good shape.

The shippers arrived on time and diligently kept track of items going to CA instead of AZ. I had packed most of our boxes - there was no furniture involved, but quite a bit of precious artwork. They packed the fragile glass pieces on site. I watched and knew they would arrive in perfect condition. They took the remaining artwork (paintings and sculptures) to their warehouse and crated them there. Everything arrived at its intended location on time and with zero damage. The packers and unpackers were professional, conscientious and friendly. They unloaded everything from the pallets, took away the debris and did absolutely everything they promised. What a great experience, much more personalized than my many (and more expensive) previous moving adventures!

I had to move a dining room set from NJ to AZ and all the quotes I received didn't compare to Ship Smart. They packaged everything very well, super professional from start to finish and had my dining room set within the timeframe the specified. I strongly recommend this company.
