I did complete a survey on May 23rd, as I recall, but happy to do another! Every aspect of moving my great-grandmother's antique bedroom furniture from Minnesota to Michigan went so smoothly. Purchasing the move went well....the scheduling gal was VERY helpful in walking me through the process. I had adequate notice of when the local movers would be at my home and they took great care in getting the furniture ready to ship. I was appraised of when it would leave Minnesota, and when it was en route to Schoolcraft, Michigan. My brother said that notification of its' arrival was well done, and he was pleased with the delivery process. Also, I thought the cost was reasonable! THANK YOU!

Following my father's recent death we had four largish paintings shipped cross country using Ship Smart. The whole operation was professional beginning with the original price estimate, pickup at the address in Virginia, expert packaging to assure safe transit, and ending in California with the final delivery which was well coordinated by the carrier as to timing. Pricing was fair and frankly less than I had originally anticipated.
