Best customer service I've experienced in 40 years of moving! They treat your belongings as if they own them! Respectful, careful, skilled and efficient. Prices are very reasonable for such "white glove" service. Usually shipping to Alaska is exorbitant, but Smart Ship is more reasonably priced than expected. They worked with me on timing and delivered as promised. A joy in our culture today!!!

Exceptional service, more expensive than initially quoted so could've been more transparent about that. So incredibly pleased with the entire process and how easy it was. Furniture was in perfect condition when it arrived.

Everything arrived in perfect condition on 2 palates. Communication throughout the process was great and I was able to schedule delivery at a convenient time.
