Ship Smart is all about Customer Service and provides a customized solution to the challenges of transporting goods. I sought their services to move 2 pallets of estate items from Michigan to California. They coordinated with the pick up point, custom wrapped and protected my property, and arranged transport. My items arrived in perfect condition, and I was told when to expect the delivery. Small moves are tough to manage. The Ship Smart Team simplified the challenge, and their 'one face to the customer' kept me informed along the way. Thank you, Ship Smart Team.

I am not happy with my service and I am kicking myself for not going with MayFlower since this move ended up costing me more than I was accepting. Yes, I will accept that the initial estimate is not the final but their process should be better and to receive the final bill of over 1k more really caught me off guard. Next, they didn't come pick up my things when they said there were and the lady who called me said she was told I called to cancel due to rain which was not the case. I called to find out if they would still be coming due to rain and asked for a phone call from the movers. That didn't happen instead I waited hours only to call back to find that it was being rescheduled which a phone call would have helpful. Next, whoever they use to build the pallets obviously didn't know what they were doing due to placing a box clearly marked china on the bottom of the pallet therefore some pieces got broken. I am sorry but that is clearly someone who doesn't care. Now I will accept some reasonability because I had to take chance on not getting insurance because the move was already costing me a lot so in my mind it appears to me that since I didn't do that nobody cared about my things because they wouldn't have to pay for anything. There were a lot of things poorly stacked and I guess I got what I paid for and should have just took the hit on the higher price with another company. I will not recommend or use this company. I see this company got good reviews so sad that wasn't my experience. This review probably won't matter either but figured I would put my thoughts out there.

Wow! Great job on the packing and shipping. I just unwrapped and my garage is filled with all manner of packing materials and protection for my shipped dining chairs. Protected from damage is an understatement! Not a scratch on any of them. Thank you.

I highly recommend Ship Smart. My precious items were packed with such love and care and arrived to me cross country in perfect condition. I am more than pleased.
