Everything went very smoothly. The estimate matched the final bill. They picked up and delivered on time. There was no damage.

This is a great company to use. Everyone was very nice and helpful. My antique dresser and furs arrived well packed and on time.

Everything went well except the casters on the table were broken.

Items were picked up in CA on Nov 4th to be shipped to TX. I was told it would be held in a warehouse for about a week and shipped out promptly with delivery within 1-3 weeks. Three weeks later and they are now calling claiming the shipment weighs over 4,000lbs for moving contents of 1 room. Original quote was $2249 and was given in good faith with specific descriptions of all items and insurance purchased. They are now demanding $5275 and items still have not shipped.
