Professional and efficient from start to delivery.

Everything was handled well and we were kept informed.There was some damage to an antique piece, it was photographed and noted and we needed an estimate for repair. Then the virus hit and no one could come to do that. I asked for an extension on the time limit and have not had a response so am worried that my request was not recognized.

Professional and reliable

I was extremely pleased with Ship Smart, from beginning to end of the process. It was so efficient, communication every step of the way was excellent, and the delivery was perfect. I compared a few shippers for my small shipment and this was the best option. I made a good choice in Ship Smart. I had only a few items, a sofa, four dining room chairs and two easy chairs I had inherited from a relative that I wanted moved from D.C. to NYC. Ship Smart took good care of them. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

Excellent communication from start to finish. White glove timely delivery. A bit expensive but you get what you pay for and I wouldn’t hesitate using their services again.
