Reasonable pricing for a small shipment (much better than the major moving companies). Shipment arrived well-packaged with no damage; took a bit longer than promised, but only a couple of days. My only complaint - sometimes it was difficult to get through on the phone to coordinate things.

Shipped a dining room table from CA to NC. Item was picked up by local carrier for packing and crating then trucked to my home in NC. Great job from start to finish and was just easy at a fair price.

It was simple. They did an estimate, stuck to it, and delivered on time and as delivered. Courtesy was noted. No problems.

Ship Smart was an excellent choice for me for shipping a bike, a mattress, some chairs, and a bunch of boxed household items across country. It took a week, which was excellent...and all the items on the pallet had been padded/packed so thoroughly and with such care, there wasn’t even a scratch on anything. This was the best move I’ve had. I will definitely use them again for smallish shipments.

Everything went beautifully from first contact to delivery of a bookcase from St. Louis to San Antonio. The delivery here was perfect and the bookcase wonderfully crated and protected. When my friend arranged to remove my old bookcase, using a commercial dolly we then unwrapped the bookcase and it was in perfect condition, not a scratch. Again with the use of the dolly. it is now lovingly ensconced in my office where I can remember my dear sister who died on Dec. 19, 2019. Thank you so much for such excellent service and being easy to work with.
