Fantastic HE
We have a fantastic HE, Marco Avila, who goes above & beyond in helping us achieve business goals. He makes it easy for us to make a request by deftly navigating a tricky internal hierarchy at Shipmonk. He acts as a project manager on the inside by navigating the needs & QC requirements of the Mexico warehouse while delivering results in a timely manner.

Excellent professional support!
Onboarding process is not easy at all for the beginners as me. I would not be able to complete the integrations and set the account without the professional help and support of Shipmonk team. Especially I greatly appreciate a very professional, friendly and responsive person Mr. Fernando Acuna. He made me feel super comfortable and happy to be with ShipMonk. He was always there to help! Thank you so much for a such outstanding approach!!!!

Mixed feelings
The change from Deposco to Shipmonk was not without problems. The good thing was we have a very dedicated and helpful contact, she try to sort out everything for us. I like the app and the visibility but there are some reports I am missing (like full movement report, not only parts of).

ShipMonk provides excellent service both in terms of fulfillment and their support team who we work with daily. 5-stars in particular for Akili who always goes the extra mile to help :)

Diane is a great Happiness Engineer!
