There were some challenges early on in 2024, amid some personnel changes, but the team we have in place now looking after or account are much more engaging and open to a common approach to improving efficiencies and operations. Our HE, Briceida Sanchez is always will to assist and follow up on requests and queries. Very knowledgeable about their systems and also our product now. If the team we have stays as they are, then things can only get better. Thanks

I have been using ShipMonk since 2022 when order volume became more than I could handle. There has been a few hiccups along the way (loss of some inventory) but overall the experience has been positive. Recently, a carrier made a delivery mistake and ShipMonk was helpful in resolving the issue. However, it's important to make sure that guidelines for receiving are followed to mitigate some of these potential delays/errors. Regardless of issues that come up, the Happiness Engineers at ShipMonk are always as helpful as they can be and accommodate my inquiries.

We've been with a lot of 3PLs, and while Shipmonk is not perfect, our Happiness Engineer (hi Ryan!) is absolutely incredible and makes our jobs so much easier. He is attentive, kind, empathetic and a real problem solver. We would be lost without Ryan!

Our Happiness Engineer Austin has been fantastic. His attention to detail and effort to go the extra mile has not gone unnoticed. Austin is always available and willing to work to help create solutions to various problems we have encountered as a company. One thing I wish was better is the communication from the warehouse floor to our company/HE. Overall, we are very happy with Austin as our HE and he is always striving to improve our operation and our experience with Shipmonk.

I love Shipmonk's dashboard interface, very easy to use and dynamic. Especially love the ability to match gift with purchase and pick any combination of inventory I want to create bundles. Pascalle was great in helping me onboard. Unfortunately I didn't realize they used plastic air bag for void fill, so I had to switch to another 3PL in the end.

Customer satisfaction is not a priority. They are OK if things work properly but if there is a problem they are not responsive. For shipments we provide custom boxes that fit our products. Shipmonk keeps charging us for their packaging and STILL charge us for picking our own box. This causes higher shipping charges too because it's a larger box. Also, these charges are hidden. The packaging charge does not show up in shipment details. We have to periodically export the order CSV and process them through a spreadsheet we made to catch the packaging charge. Per order it's not a lot of money but it ads up over time. This has been going on since January 23 and we have tried working with them to resolve it. The 'Happiness Engineers' can't do anything and there is no path to reach a person in management aside from waiting for an email. They started out apologetic and said they'd fix it but it's still happening and they have stopped responding when we report new errors. It's very disappointing because they would be great if everything always went perfectly but once problems arise it's like an entirely different company. 9/12 UPDATE: Despite the pleasant response here no one has contacted me from the support or experience team on this issue. Saying customers are important is not the same as taking action to help them. 9/12 UPDATE: Shipmonk did finally respond to us and after more communications they did fix the past mistakes and claim they have fixed the underlying cause. We have not had any new incidences through November so it appears to be resolved. we raised the review to 4 stars because their service has otherwise been very good and the value for a small growing business is excellent.

In regards to inbound shipments, it has been a smooth transition with Shipmonk. Their portal is easy to navigate and the Happiness Engineer for our account, Betsi Maldonado, has been such a great asset in terms of being available to us and assisting with our 3PL needs.
