Shipmonk destroyed Trezo
Shipmonk intentionally released all of Trezor customer information to hackers. Shipmonk should be prosecuted for their negligence

ShipMonk is where cutting-edge technology meets world-class fulfillment, all guided by our "merchant-first" core value. This allows us to enable high-volume, scaling DTC brands to stress less and grow more. We shipped millions of packages in 2024, fueled by our 2,300-strong team and proprietary technology that gives merchants a unified view of their inventory, orders, and shipping across all sales channels. With strategically located fulfillment centers across the globe, dedicated "mom & pop" support at a global scale, and refreshingly transparent pricing, it's no wonder we've earned a spot on the Inc. 5000 for seven years running. We're not just keeping up with the future of fulfillment—we're building it.

Untrustworthy company that lied about deleting customer data. The data they claimed they deleted was leaked, making tens of thousands of people vulnerable to scammers and violent wrench attacks. Never do business with these liars.

Thanks for leaking my info. Can't even be bothered to secure or remove your data. Why did you need to store it after +10 years after a one time use? Amateurs, use someone else.

Thanks for leaking my personal details that you had no business storing.

Shipmonk is the cause of violent wrench attacks in course due to their careless handling of people's private addresses. This company is an accessory to every wrench attack. They are now trying to get more private information from us to share with wrench attackers. Do not do business with these knobs.

This company is terrible. They’re breaking contracts and putting customers at risk.

Horrible company. ShipMonk kept records for over 7 years while they were supposed to delete customer information for Trezor after 2 or 3 months. Now criminals have a list of targets for scamming, phishing, home evasions, etc. ShipMonk should be immediately shut down and sued. UPDATE: Shipmonk has flagged my review for potential removal. These are the type of people we're dealing with here.

They have a horrific policy of retaining data of people they deliver products to, for no reason, and despite being told to delete it and since they are unable to keep this data secure they put customers of their partners at serious risk. Do not use this service if you value your customers.
