About ShipMonk

ShipMonk is where cutting-edge technology meets world-class fulfillment, all guided by our "merchant-first" core value. This allows us to enable high-volume, scaling DTC brands to stress less and grow more. We shipped millions of packages in 2024, fueled by our 2,300-strong team and proprietary technology that gives merchants a unified view of their inventory, orders, and shipping across all sales channels. With strategically located fulfillment centers across the globe, dedicated "mom & pop" support at a global scale, and refreshingly transparent pricing, it's no wonder we've earned a spot on the Inc. 5000 for seven years running. We're not just keeping up with the future of fulfillment—we're building it.

Great system, but even better people
The system itself is very helpful and makes it much easier to get things done. It is without a doubt an excellent platform and plays an important role in supporting our operations. That said, what truly makes the difference are the people we work with. Having a team that shares the same goal of helping our company grow is what really sets ShipMonk apart. This level of partnership and alignment is especially important for a young and growing company, and it makes a huge difference in our day-to-day operations. Thanks team!!!

We're back!!!
I work for a company that worked with ShipMonk years ago and at one point we decided to switch 3PLs in an effort to stay more local to our business. Unfortunately, that didn’t work out — and it quickly reminded us how great your company truly is. We brought our business back, and honestly, you’re even better than you were before. We haven’t looked back since returning, and Anthony from the Florida office has been absolutely amazing. His support, professionalism, and dedication go above and beyond. We truly couldn’t imagine working with anyone else. We hope you like us, because you’re stuck with us!
Response from ShipMonkApr 7, 2026
Thank you so much for the kind words and for trusting ShipMonk again with your fulfillment. It means a lot to hear that after trying another 3PL, you chose to come back and have had an even better experience this time around. We’re especially glad to hear Anthony from our Florida team has been able to provide the level of support and dedication you deserve. We’ll be sure to share your feedback with him! And don’t worry — we’re very happy you’re “stuck” with us. We truly appreciate the partnership and look forward to continuing to support your growth.

Big shoutout to Anthony and the Team (KY warehouse)
Big shoutout to Anthony and the team — they’ve been incredibly quick and helpful in getting all our orders out. I also really appreciate how they come prepared with options and alternatives when things don’t go as planned, rather than just letting issues slide. Couldn't count how many times I have sent an email already to support and have gone answered. Appreciate your cooperation as always.

I am a customer who has moved on from…
I am a customer who has moved on from ShipMonk but I will say that they really did most everything that they said they would do. My company's needs didn't really fit with ShipMonk's offering, but they were a great company to work with. I believe I was the issue many times when we had problems.
Response from ShipMonkApr 7, 2026

We’re glad to hear that your experience with ShipMonk reflected what we aim to deliver and that our team was able to support your business while you were with us. We understand that fulfillment needs can change as companies grow, and we truly appreciate the opportunity we had to work with you. Wishing you and your business continued success moving forward!
