Our onboarding rep, David Lowthorp, went above and beyond for us. During a chaotic time for our company as we were getting ready to launch, David made sure everything on the Shipmonk side of things was seamless - he actually made it fun! I was a bit daunted by the process, but having him walk me through it, at times, step-by-step, and at all hours of the day, made things incredibly manageable and made me confident in my ability to manage future inventory deliveries and confident in our companies ability to provide a swift delivery and excellent experience to our customers. I couldn't be happier with the onboarding experience at Shipmonk, and specifically, David. If it's any indication of whats to come I know we are in excellent hands and made the right choice with this 3PL. I will definitely be recommending them to all of my friends and colleagues in need of one.

Mary Kirst seamlessly took over our account earlier this year and has been a huge help with all things Shipmonk. We have figured out many bugs in the system together. She has always been super prompt and helpful when it comes to tickets we submit and any new projects we are working on. Dana Martin has also been a great help to Snif. She was the account rep when I first started with Snif. Dana is an excellent communicator and always extremely helpful. Mary was on vacation recently, and Dana stepped in to help Snif on some important projects. We are very lucky to have these amazing reps looking out for us

I am writing this review specifically for Marcia Garcia. We always go to Marcia whenever we have issues and concerns. She's really great in assisting us and is being patient with us always.

Whenever we have issues our go to is Marcia Garcia. Unlike other Shipmonk representatives, Marcia will take time to understand our issues and will go extra mile to assist us and eventually solving our concerns. She is great in explaining things.

Jai was VERY helpful, and even noticed something that I missed in the process. I really appreciate their help!

We've been working with them for a while and the teams are responsive, despite some turnover. User experience is good on the app and it's pretty user friendly.
