ShipMonkReviews of shipmonk.com

We have been working with the Shipmonk MX team for almost 2 years now and have had a great experience! Their operations have continually been able to scale with our business and have kept up with our rapid growth. I also have to give a big shoutout to Brianda, our Happiness Engineer. She is professional, hard-working, A+ executor and has been such a joy to work with. Would highly recommend them if exploring new warehousing and fulfillment opportunities!

This company is biggest scam! I sent to them 12 pallets about 2 years ago, and I went through a review and noticed that they were overcharging me and in their system they calculated as I have 50 pallets!!! So every month for more than 1 year they overcharged me lot of money. I sent them emails that they need to check their system why they charged me for 50 pallets and they said that they will check now after more than 3 months nothing, sent many emails and phone calls but nothing. Now my inventory is stuck there I had businesses that paid for my inventory and I was not able to ship them. I want to sue them if anyone has the same issue reach back to me so we can figure it out and get back our money! Update: They replied to me to update the contact information at TrustPilot and they never did something! I need to look and find a lawyer and ask them for compensation

In regards to inbound shipments, it has been a smooth transition with Shipmonk. Their portal is easy to navigate and the Happiness Engineer for our account, Betsi Maldonado, has been such a great asset in terms of being available to us and assisting with our 3PL needs.

Extremely dissatisfied with this company. I received a package on 05/19/2023 that arrived completely destroyed. I emailed naturalshilajit support with attached photos of my package and received a response from a Joseph who advised me “As you added MonkProtect to your order and If you haven't received it, please feel free to file a claim with our warehouse by logging in with your email and order number: monkprotect”. I filed a claim and on 07/09/2023 I received a response (almost 2 months later) stating “We're sorry to hear about your experience with your recent purchase with Natural Shilajit Resin. Unfortunately, after reviewing all the information provided, your request for order number NS73680 has been denied. For a detailed reasoning, please access our Automated Claims Portal below for more information.” The link provided doesn’t even work.

Shipmonk's team is a dream to work with! Big thanks to Tyaira, our HE, who has been such a source of support and knowledge!

Matthew made sure to help and take care of the task at hand. We had several attempts to resolve this issue and Matthew was the one who stepped up and got it resolved for us.

We've been highly satisfied with the quality of the fulfilment operations and daily support of our dedicated customer success team. Christine and Audrey have been very responsive, thorough, and creative in solving our operational issues and long-term fulfillment objectives. They are the A-team. We are not satisfied with the commercial side of the Shipmonk relationship as our inquiries are met with irrational responses and opaque supporting data analysis.

Working with the guys at ShipMonk is a pleasure. Nothing is a problem. Any issues are picked up quickly and resolved swiftly. My dedicated engineer Tyaira is amazing! Always happy to help. Everything about SM is great!
