Had my car shipped to the opposite coast for a job move/change. It arrived just in time the day before work started. Also, keep in mind that you don't need to give very much lead time notice for the transport. Car arrived on time andundamaged. Dave is very good about answering any questions or resolving any issue with the carrier. Would use service again.

Ship A Car Direct made the process of shipping my son's new car across the country extremely easy. Kay was wonderful & we had nothing but a positive experiencing dealing with her. The car was transported in 3 days from the Midwest-West & came when it was scheduled to. I would definitely recommend using Ship A Car Direct.

I recently moved from the state of Washington to Florida. Thanks to Ship A Car Direct I didn't have to worry about finding a reputable company to move my car. That is what they do! In addition, they were always there to answer any questions that came up.

I've used Ship a car direct for my car transportation from Ausin to Milwaukee, David from ship a car direct had been great help from day one and gave all the info i need, they were able to arrange for a carrier pickup within the requested time frame and the pick up was on time and absolutely no hassles.Shelton Trucking was the carrier who actually transported my car and they did a splendid job, my car was delivered a day ahead of the scheduled delivery date. Overall experience was fantastic and i would recommend these guys.

I had an awesome experience from start to finish. I shipped my car from Atlanta, Georgia to Woodland Hills, California with ease. They are extremely professional and most importantly they kept their word. I would recommend them to ANYONE!!

EXCELLENT SERVICE! I am excited about providing this review because I have never shipped a vehicle anywhere, let alone across country. I did extensive research and narrowed my search down to about 5 companies. After talking to all of them, it became very clear to me who I wanted to work with. David, at Ship a Car Direct was quick to put me at ease and never applied any pressure. David only cared about ensuring I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. After deciding to used Ship a Car Direct, the communication between me, David and the actual truck driver just got better. David kept me well informed over email as the process was ongoing and took my calls to continue working me through the process. With David's help, I contacted the driver and was able to maintain contact with him as he moved from Seattle to Alabama. My vehicle was delivered early and was in perfect condition. The driver was awesome and you could tell, he cared about what he does. Last, David and Ship a Car Direct were tracking the movement as well and contacted me shortly after the vehicle was delivered. Again, couldn't have asked for better service. This whole experience has been great and I now am enjoying my new truck here in Alabama. My experience dealing with Ship A Car Direct was great. The representative I dealt with, Kay, was very informative, prompt and helpful. She is a great asset to this company. I received an email shortly after signing up for a quote. In all conversations with Kay, both email and by phone, she was very professional and answered all my questions. Within a day she found me a carrier, Elite Fleet Inc., out of Aurora, CO. They were also very professional and helpful. My son's car was picked up and delivered within the time frame were given. I would highly recommend both companies and if the need should ever arise, I will definitely use Ship A Car Direct again. Excellent Ratings!!!!!!

From reading the many negative online reviews of transport companies, I had misgivings. After a week of being bombarded with phone calls from various companies (after I signed up for online estimates) I decided to check out Ship a Car Direct. I liked them for two reasons: 1) They did not continue to phone and/or email me daily. 2)They had an informative web site with a FAQ page and various short videos which answered practically every question I had. Mike, the company's representative, patiently answered any lingering questions. Before and after I signed up, Mike returned my calls and emails within the day. Since my son had to have his car for work by a specific date, Mike suggested I have the vehicle picked up at the earliest possible time that was convenient for us in order to ensure it made the target date. He warned that reserving a spot on a transporter was not like making a plane reservation. It could be several days from our starting date before the car was picked up. Within a day of signing up with Ship a Car Direct, we were matched with a transporter. As luck would have it, the car was picked up on the earliest possible date. The driver for Adamtrans estimated the car would arrive in Easton in 6-7 days. The car arrived on the evening of the sixth day. The total price we paid was the price the Mike told me originally. I would recommend Ship a Car Direct. They were straight forward and honest with me. They delivered what they promised.
