Ship A Car DirectReviews of shipacardirect.com

I worked with Tom from Ship A Car Direct. Unlike the countless other companies I previously spoke with, Tom is the one that gave the straight talk on how this industry works and how to successfully ship a car, (Cleveland to Seattle). Tom was able to find a carrier and the car was delivered on time at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

I went with Ship a Car Direct due to their honesty in the beginning and the price quoted was much less than others. The pick up time was perfect and the delivery time was 2 days earlier than I expected (5 days total from TX to CT). Considering the pick up and delivery and the price of the service, and there being no issues at all with the car upon delivery, Ship a Car Direct was a great choice and highly recommended.

I requested quotes from several companies at the same time. Ship a car is the first to contact me and provided me with all the info. I was pleased with the payment policy too (no payment until they found the carrier). In the end, my car was picked up, shipped and arrived on time with no trouble. Everything went smoothly.

I shipped my car from CT to CA with Ship a Car Direct and it was probably acheaper than their competitors. My car even arrived on the time So I couldn't be more happy. The representative (Matt) at Ship a Car Direct was pleasant and easy to work with. They called me and emailed me with updates on locating a driver for my car. If I were to ship my car again I would definitely use Ship a Car Direct.

From my very first contact with Matt, I was put immediately at ease. Though I called on a Friday evening evening, I had a carrier first thing Monday morning. Matt was polite, helpful and made himself easily available by phone and email (and he actually returned my phone calls!). The process from start to finish was seamless. My BMW was picked up right on schedule in San Francisco and my car delivered on time (in fact, somewhat earlier) to Boston-newly washed,in good shape and handed off to me by a very pleasant young man. I would never hesitate to recommend Ship A Car Direct to anyone and would use them myself again .....and they are reasonably priced, too.

At the beggining of this process, I was overloaded with the amount of information and different advise that I got. I established a deal with a company but they just made me waste my time for 2 weeks. A friend of mine gave me good references of Ship a Car Direct, so I called them and suddenly everything was clear, 2 days later I got a truck, the best rate, and even saving money that I did not expect. I would say Ship a Car Direct is a trusted company with and excellent customer service.

I wasn't sure how to ship a car and who to use. Luckily I knew someone who had used Ship a Care Direct recently. I had a short window of opportunity to ship my car and the broker worked with me and got my car shipped promptly. The car arrived safely and on time. I have another car I need to ship and I will be using ship a car direct again!! Thanks Tom for all your help!!

We had our car moved from Pennsylvania to California using the services of Ship a Car Direct, and it was a wonderful experience. There were absolutely no delays! The car arrived in perfect condition and on time. We will definitely use Ship a Car Direct again in future.
