Great communication. Overall in dealing with car shipping services a few times they were the most responsive and didn’t surprise me with additional charges at delivery.

The communication was excellent. They were available to answer questions and to keep me informed as the process moved forward. When a storm delayed the car being delivered by a day the carrier contacted me and assured me he would be on the road as soon as the storm passed. He was and the car was delivered without incident. I had a great experience and would use them again.

Jennifer was great t explaining the process of transporting my car from Hawaii to the East coast. She was clear in her communication regarding pricing & potential changes due to trucking demand. Fortunately my price did not increase. Jennifer also answered the many questions I had and kept me informed of what I needed to do. I was never harassed by her or the company unlike other brokers/truck companies.

The whole process was simple. Scott made sure I informed of where we were in the process. The company worked with my family member and me for pickup and delivery. If I ever need to ship a vehicle again, I will definitely use this company again.

Clear explanations of any issues with scheduling and logistics. Matt made things right at every hurdle given the extreme current demand for auto transportation. I had an excellent experience with Ship A Car Direct and Scott who was my contact. Their price was nearly double what I was quoted by some competitors, so I definitely hesitated at first. In the end, I’m glad I chose them. The communication was excellent, the process was straightforward, and most importantly, my vehicle was handled professionally and delivered as promised. With something as valuable as a car, I learned that the cheapest quote isn’t necessarily the best value. Ship A Car Direct may not be the least expensive option, but in my experience, the professionalism, reliability, communication, and peace of mind made the additional cost worthwhile. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone who wants their vehicle transport handled properly from start to finish. They have my highest recommendation without reservation !
