Had to ship a car to Calif. I researched companies online, and I chose Ship a Car Direct because they were the most transparent as far as information they put out there. Called and spoke to Mike, he walked me through the process , and with no prompting, reiterated what I had read online. I told him what my timing needed to be and he made it happen. He was always communicating with me, either by email or phone. He returned calls promptly and made sure I received his emails. The driver was also easy to communicate with. There were no surprises during the process, and the car arrived at the other end on time and in the condition in which it left Denver. Would definitely use this company again if I had to ship a car.

My car was delivered right on time, Tom stayed on top of the whole process. Pick up went smooth and delivery as well. Car was unscratched and well taken care upon delivery. Would use every time again.
