I recently transferred from Florida to Colorado for my job. My employer provided me with a rental car for 14 days. I had very short notice to locate a carrier to transport my car to Colorado. After contacting several companies, I called Matt at Ship A Car Direct and was impressed with his knowledge and helpfulness. He arranged everything. My car was picked up and delivered without any problems. Top One, LLC delivered my car in the same condition it was in on the day the rental car had to be returned. Thank you, Matt, for all of your help with this move.

I bought a plane ticket to fly out a week after my first available pick up date and I was worried about my car not being shipped before then. After I spoke with Matt from Ship a Car Direct he assured me that everything would be alright. He even made some extra calls to assure that my car was shipped on time. Thankfully there was a carrier available and very willing to transport my car on my first available pick up date. The carrier picked up my car with no issues. I did have to meet him at a local Walmart (about a 10 min walk) because of the big semi but that was no problem. Six days later the same day I flew out of NC to WA, I received a voicemail from Tina (the dispatcher for Igors Trucking) stating that my car would be able to be delivered that day in the afternoon. After I arrived in WA I called Tina and set up a time for the delivery which went flawlessly. My car was dirty but that is expected since it was in an open carrier and traveled cross country, there was also no damage to my car whatsoever. Overall my first car shipping experience was excellent with both Ship a Car Direct and Igors Trucking. I would 100% recommend this service to anyone looking to ship their car no matter how far.

After struggling with another company for 2 weeks I called Ship a Car Direct. They were very professional and communicated to me what it would take to move my car. We agreed on a price and they had the move booked within 2 days. Driver picked up the following day, and it arrived the day after that. They screen carriers and mine actually delivered my car to our from door. Very happy with Mike and their team and will use them again in the future. Highly recommended!

We had to arrange the transport of a vehicle as part of a permanent move all the way across the country. Mike at Ship A Car Direct helped me from the start. He found a driver very quickly. He stayed in constant contact with me throughout the process, which was very important to me. He either always answered the phone, or quickly returned my phone calls and emails. He explained everything, as often as I needed, sent me helpful videos and insurance information,and followed up until the vehicle was delivered. The driver was very nice too, and very accommodating.. The vehicle arrived exactly on time, in perfect condition. There were no surprises, no hidden charges, everything was just as agreed. Mike demonstrated the highest caliber of customer service, a rarity these days. It was such an excellent experience from beginning to end. I was 100% happy with Mike and Ship A Car Direct, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to transport a vehicle. They are trustworthy, honest and reliable. Don't look anywhere else! I dealt with Dale from ship a car direct. He was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and kept us updated thru out the process. He was especially good at follow up with us from the time the car scheduled. He checked in to make sure the driver had contacted us, picked up the car on time, and delivered it with out any problems. I will use ship a car direct in the future.

WELL I HAD CONTRACTED ANOTHER COMPANY PRIOR AND 8 DAYS PASSED WITH NO COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER, I REALLY WORRIED THAT MY CLASSIC CAR WAS JUST SITTING AT MY RESPONSIBILITY AND EXPENSE SO I CANCELLED AND AM GLAD I DID SO, PORTIA WAS REALLY ASSURING AND HELPFUL, I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND SHIP A CAR DIRECT TO ANY ONE.

I did a fair amount of internet research before choosing a company. Jason followed up his email quote promptly with a phone call, and I decided to trust his company with my car. I am very happy that I did. My car was picked up in Virginia at the agreed time, and it arrived at my new place in SoCal when he said it would get here with no damage. We are a military family and move a lot, and if we have to make another cross-country move, I would use this company again. In fact, we are having them ship our second car in a couple of weeks.

Tom was great to work. He did a great job of setting expectations and follow-up. I'd use these guys over and over. Tom had a lot of industry knowledge, which made it easy for us to make the decision to give him our business.
