Ship A Car DirectReviews of shipacardirect.com

Ship a car Direct moved my vehicle from WA to TN. Representative was caring, kind, and efficient in finding a company to drive my vehicle. Cost was reasonable and lower then expected. The scheduling of moving my vehicle was smooth with no worries. It arrived on time with no damage. Driver was nice as well. Excellent experience.

From FL to TX in 4 days flat Within a day from initial booking, Emily, my Ship-a-Car Direct agent managed to book a second transporter when driver reported ill. Then, in less than 24 hours, second transporter picked up car from FL dealer, called to confirm pick up and got the car loaded for trip next day. Three days later the car was delivered in Texas as promised. Car was sound, immaculate and within 10 miles of odometer travel. At the end, delivery to Texas took barely 4 week days. Emily was courteous, professional, communicative and prompt to answer my concerns. I'd definitely recommend them and give them my business next time. Thank you Emily and Ship-a-Car Direct!

I can't begin to thank the Ship-A-Car-Direct organization for the service they provided recently. After being taken advantage of by another transport service, I was very apprehensive about using the Ship-A-Car-Direct company. I did some research, read reviews, and even looked up their licensing information. I spoke with Jason, and he explained their process, and I quickly became comfortable with the integrity of their commitment to provide excellent service to the end. If asked by anyone I would no hesitate to recommend these folks. They are trustworthy, and are a "No excuses, just results organization!"

I bought two Doner Cars that had all the Parts that I needed from Pictures !.I signed up with a Trucking Co. My friend used..The Contract stated Non Running ! The Driver called the Owner to arrange the pick up time .When he found out the details, said it sounds like too much work an hung up on them ! I did not know then one Car had only Three Wheels ! I found SHIP A CAR DIRECT, the NO PROBLEM GUYS and my problems were over ! Matt my agent found Paul & Paul Jr. ! Two Days later they had to push them by hand on the Rig ! Hi, I recently used Ship a car direct for the 2nd time and each time was great! I had no problems what so ever, the company was with me every step of the way. My Rep name was Emily, she was so nice and she answered all my questions and kept me posted on everything, the car carrier Jim was really nice to, he told me it would take 4days for him to drive from Nevada to Michigan he even called to let me know that he wouldn't be late and would be on time and he was! which was great, i had no damage or anything stolen out of my car. So if your trying to ship a vehicle use Ship A Car Direct, they wont let you down, they didn't let me down!! I would definitely use them again and again!!

Second time we've used Ship a Car Direct to ship a car from a Washington state dealer to our home in Georgia. Transparent, responsive, easy to do business with. The carrier, Ranier Company, was on-time, the car was delivered in pristine condition. The driver actually had noted pin sized damage for the bill of lading on this previously owned vehicle on pickup that we likely would not have even found delivery inspection. The driver noted "we do this everyday, it's our job", very professional, courteous, and communicative. Highly recommend.

I HAVE USED SHIP A CAR DIRECT A FEW TIMES SO FAR, DALE RESPONDS QUICKLY AND SO FAR HAS CONNECTED ME WITH EXCELLENT DRIVERS. HE AND THE DRIVERS TRY TO WORK WITH MY SCHEDULE. MY CAR HAS ALWAYS BEEN DELIVERED ON TIME AND UNDAMAGED.

I was very pleased with the professionalism of Ship A Car Direct from beginning to end. The setting up and the ultimately delivery were all very easy and smooth and the folks setting up the delivery as well as the shipper who actually brought the car were very pleasant to deal all the way through.
