We shipped two cars from NJ to Georgia (one was a $100k car). Ship A Car Direct did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. My cars were delivered exactly when the driver promised and in perfect shape. Kay did a great job of explaining how things work and there were no surprises along the way. I would definitely use this company again!

I needed to ship a really expensive car, 160K +, from Florida to New Jersey. I was really concerned about the condition it was going arrive in, so I needed a good broker and shipper. What impressed me about these guys is they promote the fact they use shippers they're familiar with and can do a quality job. My car arrived in great condition and the driver assured me they had taken extra special care to make sure it arrived that way. Jason from Ship A Car Direct was professional and communicative throughout. No hesitation in using them again.

Ship a car direct was an amazing company to deal with for our move fr Washington DC to oregon. Matt was our contact person and he was wonderful, pleasant and precessional. He was always available if I needed to call or email. Always kept me informed of what the next step was. Matt never harassed me about anything. I called this company along with other companies) in June for a quote. After receiving my quotes every single company called and emailed on a daily basis. I even had to block some bc of how annoying they were. Matt never did this. I ended up getting the money to ship my car in October and finally gave Matt a call. Of course he was glad that I called for the transport! The best thing is that he remembered. My van got here really quick and was not damaged. Great company!

I have used Ship a car direct for 2 different car transfers in the past 2 months. Both went well, cars arrived as scheduled with no damage. Tom was very helpful and answered all of my many questions. He made sure that the carriers selected were top notch. I would use Ship a car Direct again without hesitation.

Car was delivered within a day of pickup from Chicago. Customer Service was in touch through email on sending the necessary details as necessary. Also did follow up if the vehicle did get delivered safely. Will recommend to my buddies & use it in future if necessary. Did not have any issues during the whole process.

They were extremely helpful from the beginning of the process to the end. All I had to do was tell them the locations for pick up and delivery and they handled the rest. Plus, it was cheaper than other options I had found. Definitely will use again!
