I used this company to return my car from Miami to California. Excellent experience. I used another company (AT123) to ship my California to Miami and suffered over $3,000 in damage. So you can imagine how nervous I was this time. The driver with Ship-A-Car spoke English and always answered my calls. He did not rush me while I was inspecting the car. I would use them again. Wish I had used them the first time. DO NOT use AT 123 or you will be sorry.

I had a very positive experience using this company to ship my car from Boston to Seattle for a recent cross-country move. Matt was the person I worked with. He was very confident, reassuring and calm throughout the entire process. I was nervous about getting my car there on time so I could avoid having to spend a lot on a rental car while waiting on the other side for my car to arrive. To my surprise, the entire shipment took just about 7 days. The carrier who picked up the job was great - the driver was in touch with me on the day before and day of the pickup and delivery, and was capable, friendly and professional. Both the pickup and drop off went very smoothly. I thought the price was very fair - $1400 - considering some of the other estimates I got, which were higher. I definitely recommend this company for anyone looking to ship a car!

I've shipped my car across country from Boston to LA and back again and this last time using Ship a Car Direct was hassle free. They kept me up to date from pick up to delivery and even arrived earlier than I had expected. Would definitely recommend.

Everything went smoothly, no issues to speak of. Car was picked up on the first available pick up date and arrived on the first available arrival date which I was not expecting. Pleasantly surprised with how easy and efficient everything was.

From the time we first had contact with Dale at Ship-A-Car-Direct until after our vehicles were delivered safely in North Carolina, this was some of the very best customer service of anyone we've done business with in a long time. Dale kept us advised about everything regarding shipping our vehicles across country and the transport company they used to do the actual moving of our vehicles was First Class. The price for moving 2 vehicles was very reasonable and far less than that quoted to us by two other companies. I used Ship a Car Direct twice to ship vehicles across the country - two cars from CA to NY in July of 2013, and sending one back to CA from NY just a few weeks ago. David Franco helped me both times, and both times the quotes were very reasonable, his responsiveness was excellent, including helpful videos and tips by email during the process, with follow-up after delivery to make sure we were satisfied. For this most recent service, the car was picked up the day we told David it would be available, and arrived in CA only 8 days after it was picked up in NY. They and their carriers have been reliable, prompt and professional. I would definitely use Ship a Car Direct again and recommend them highly.

I was living in Kansas and had to get my car shipped from Nevada. My wife was in Nevada and would be coordinating the pickup and she works so I thought we could only do a weekend pickup. Jason from Ship a Car Direct informed me some companies do evening pickups as well. Great! He sent several emails with information on how the step would go. I could have opted out of them but they were informative so I kept them coming. The transport company didn't call the day before the pickup, so I had to call them the day of to confirm. The driver was a nice guy and we agreed on a place to deliver the car. Our neighborhood isn't built for large trucks so we dropped it at an auto yard. The car was delivered with no damage. I was very happy everything went smoothly.
