This is the second time shipping our car from Los Angeles to Raleigh, North Carolina. David has been our contact for each move, making sure things went smoothly. The driver called with the exact day and time for pickup and delivery. He was so conscientious about meeting our deadline. The car arrived in perfect condition, we couldn't be more satisfied. Ship A Car Direct is an excellent company with a professional staff.

I was tentative before shipping my car. My experience with Ship a Car Direct was universally positive. Great customer service (accommodating and fast communication). Got my car from STL to SJ, CA in ~3 days in identical condition. I'd recommend this company to all considering shipping their car.

Waited 6 weeks on another company to deliver a vehicle only to find out that it was never going to be picked up because they had priced it incorrectly. Called Ship A Car Direct and had the vehicle brought from Detroit to KC in 4 days for a fair price. The other company stole my $120 down payment. Ship A Car Direct did not charge a down payment until the vehicle was on the road and safely on its way.

At first there was a hiccup in finding a carrier even though I had put in my information about 1.5 months prior to moving. Eventually a carrier was found after 2 days and the destination changed because of the later pick-up. Over the course of shipping the carrier was able to meet at my original destination on the original delivery date even though they picked up 2 days later. Overall this was a great experience and the only stress I felt was the initially trouble of finding a carrier.

I shipped my car from NY to TX and it was in a great shape and the delivery was right in time. I think they are the best in the business as per my experience.

I needed to ship my car from CA to MI at very short notice and this company made it extremely easy. The car arrived within a week of being picked up and was in perfect condition upon arrival. I would highly recommend using them.
