Ship A Car DirectReviews of shipacardirect.com

I needed to ship a race car from North Carolina to California as quickly as possible. I had some reservations about doing so "blind", but Dale from Ship a Car Direct made it simple. The car was picked up on time, and was delivered a day early and in perfect condition. I had no headaches what so ever and the process was on time and on budget. I will use this company again in a heartbeat.

From first contact with Ship A Car Direct to the delivery of my car was a smooth process. My representative, Dale, kept checking in with me along the whole process to make sure everything was going well. I was given the phone number to the actual person delivering my car. The pickup was early and the delivery was early. California to Georgia in 4 days! The driver kept me posted many times throughout the trip as to his progress. The car was delivered in the same condition it was picked up. Reasonable price and great service. Can't go wrong with this outfit.

Ship a car direct is really great to help me move my car from Texas to Pennsylvania. I did some search on the internet and compare quotes from different companies. Ship a car direct has good reviews and best deal. So I picked them and I am really happy that I made the choice. Dale is helpful and so kind to go through all the process with me and remind me to take pictures of my car. It only took two days for the driver to deliver my car. And the driver was also nice to accommodate my schedule.

I shipped a car from SF Bay Area to Boston. The service was excellent - Ship a Car Direct were in constant contact. The car arrived as promised and in great condition. I would definitely use them again.

Ship a Car Direct provide good service, fast response, and taking care of the details of shipping car. Pick up time is fast, the shipping time is very accurate, and my car didn't have any problem. David is a responsible agent that I would recommend.

I had called another company and was supposedly all set for transfer of my vehicle. After waiting for final confirmation and not hearing, I called the company and was told they couldn't do it. My friend called Ship a Car Direct in the evening and was told that I would receive call the next morning. I did receive that call, and that began an unbelievably excellent service. The car was picked up before I expected and delivered before I expected. I was already out of town so that was great as I needed transportation. The representative followed up all the way through until delivery, and the delivery person also let me know when my van would be delivered. There was no problem and no damage. I would certainly use this company again, and would recommend their service.

Picked up the car in Portland, Oregon when they said they would, delivered it like they said they would, early in fact. In this sketchy market, its great to deal with a company that did right by us. Reading reviews of other companies got us quite nervous but this company did what they said they would and we were greatly relieved to get our cars in New Mexico without a scratch.

Great customer service. They always kept me in the loop of when my car was being picked up/delivered. Even picked up my car earlier than they had anticipated was possible which was great! Delivered car to FL with no problems in only 3 days. Would definitely recommend.
