If somebody ask me about the service for ship a car direct, only I can say is "Excellent!!!". Frankly, because of my job, my company have me had 3 times relocation from 2013 to 2015. From texas to illinois, from illinois to new jersey, and from new jersey to texas. First 2 relocation, I have horrible memory. My vehicles came to me very late, not on time. And even there were no guidance for shipping the vehicles. But I found "ship a car direct" through online and finally chose it. Because the company had very good customer review. Right after I made a contract for the service with "ship a car direct", I could recognize why this company received that much good reviews. The service was so great that I have ever had. I can say that it was best. Dale - he was a great helper. he gave very detail guidance and quick response for my question. Even truck driver - he delivered my car much earlier than the date that I heard and knew. The car had no problem! with Faster delivery service and Great customer service. If the company keeps this way, I think that the company will be the best company in the industry. Maybe they are already best.

Excellent service, David worked very hard to have my daughter's car shipped on a tight schedule. He definitely cares about his customers. I would use their service again, the drivers came and delivered on time, another bonus.

The entire process was smooth and stress-free. Dale kept up the communication with me prior to the shipping date and explained everything thoroughly. He let me know what to expect so there were no surprises. The company that picked up my car (based out of Sacramento) was extremely polite and professional. I watched them load the vehicle up and the driver took extreme care when doing so. Upon my car's arrival in Ga, the driver gave me plenty of heads up as to where he would be able to meet me (super close to my house!). Thank you Ship-a-Car Direct.

Amazing communication. Lots of helpful information on the process and what to do in different situations. David was also very responsive. Matched me with a carrier within hours and had my car in a few days. Delivery driver was also professional and did an excellent job. Price was not the lowest but well worth it.
