Ship A Car DirectReviews of shipacardirect.com

I'm pleased to report everything went very smoothly. We were very impressed with Leo our trucker from Viper Express. He was a joy to deal with. Thanks to our rep David for your work in clearing the muddy waters for us, as this was our first experience shipping a vehicle and we were very apprehensive after reading some of the horror stories. Other than a little road dirt the car was fine.

Answered all my queries. Arrived on time and my car was delivered on time with no damage.

They kept in constant email contact - picked up car in Ithaca on agreed date/time and delivered 7 days later (needed that length of time as my flight arrived in Sarasota the night before). Car in perfect condition upon delivery. Nice transport driver.

This is my first auto transport experience. I read a lot of reviews before choosing the auto transport company and finally picked Ship A Car Direct and learned the reason it has good customer reviews is because the carriers the company uses have good reputation. Pick up was two days after the estimate date (called to inform us 1 day prior to pick up) which is ok as it's just an estimate. Driver carefully examined the car and did paperwork to record the car's conditions. He said it would take 5 days or less. The car was delivered in good condition after 5 days even though the truck had a problem and had to get fixed (otherwise it would be 4 days). Driver kept informing us about delivery time when he was getting close to the destination. Very satisfied with the carrier and will consider use the same carrier in the future.

My first time car transportation coast to coast. Dale helped me throughout process. Car pick up and delivery days were on time and car delivered without any damage but with some little dirt which probably normal considering the distance it traveled.

Kay from Ship A Car Direct was phenomenal! Her professionalism, knowledge and constant communication with our family about the timeline to ship our car was outstanding. In many companies these days, you don't find the level of customer service that Ship a Car Direct delivers. We were pleasantly surprised at all of the employees we came in contact with over the phone at Ship a Car Direct - they were all very polite and extremely helpful. As a brokerage company, Ship a Car Direct is rated A+ for their exceptional service! We would highly recommend Ship A Car Direct for any of your car shipping needs!

Since I was dealing with the stress of a move and a dishonest moving company, it was really nice to not have to worry about my cars at all. Everyone I dealt with at ship a car direct out me at ease.

I would totally recommend Ship-a-car direct! My older sister gave her car to our brother in Texas while she was in Kuwait. She returned and wanted her car shipped back to Illinois, and began to look for companies. It is so overwhelming to find someone who does not harass you. I put in an inquiry and received no less than 25 calls, texts and emails. But Kay at Ship-a-car direct, sent one helpful email and I was convinced they were the right choice. She walked me through every step of the process and did not constantly call on the phone. Her emails were clear and I knew what to expect. Once my car was picked up she kept me informed.my car arrived a day early in perfect condition. I would totally use them again. Kay was awesome!
