Ship A Car DirectReviews of shipacardirect.com

I used Ship-A-Car Direct recently to transport my vehicle from Florida to Texas. Stefan at Ship-A-Car was really great at walking me through the entire process. The folks at Ship-A-Car did fantastic job at selecting the company that met my specific needs and my vehicle was delivered on time and in great condition.

I shipped my car from Los Angeles to Augusta, GA. The car was picked up on time and reached Augusta few days ahead of schedule. The whole experience was painless and Matt was very helpful in navigating through process.

Ship A Car Direct provided great customer service. The car was picked up and delivered as promised by J&J Transportation. The entire process was easy and convenient. I would recommend Ship A Car Direct to family and friends. Thanks again for providing great customer service.

Working with Ship a Car Direct made the process so easy to follow with no hidden costs! I was quite overwhelmed with the car transport process since this was my first time shipping a vehicle across the United States. Ship a Car Direct simplified the process and everything went so smooth! The car was picked up and delivered on the specified dates. There were no delays and the car arrived safely without any problems. I would recommend Ship a Car Direct to anyone looking to transport their vehicle. Thanks!

Wonderful experience moving two cars from Texas to Connecticut! Would highly recommend. Pick-up and drop-off were on-time and cars were in perfect condition. Great customer service as well and they walk you through the entire process and answer any questions you might have.

David answered my emails promptly, I never needed to call because as soon as I sent an email the response was there. The most I had to wait was for an email I sent late at night and I got the answer the first thing in the morning. I needed my car to be shipped on July 29th and David found me a carrier that shipped the car exactly the same day and it was delivered the day after in perfect condition. Hassle free and easy to deal with. So happy with their service.

Ship-a-car Direct was a very professional service that I'm glad I chose! I spent many weeks researching auto companies and horror stories and I was afraid of falling prey to one of those same companies. After doing a thorough search and reading reviews like this one, it was clear that this was the best option! I booked my order very early in advance but Dale was very friendly and often sent email reminders about my upcoming order. The week of the move was a little stressful as we could not find a carrier and I was scheduled to depart for Nevada a few days later. After searching relentlessly, Dale located a company that was very professional and friendly and I would definitely recommend this company to everyone!

After reading about auto transport companies I was very concerned. I did my research and found Ship a car direct with very good reviews. The price quoted was fair and cheaper than other brokers I researched. I dealt with Eric at Ship a Car direct. He was kind, helpful and efficient. The truck arrived on time to pick up the car and it arrived 1 day ahead of schedule. All around great company and would definitely use again!
