Moving across country is an extremely stressful experience. After reading many glowing reviews, I decided to go with Ship A Car Direct even though I could go elsewhere for less. I just wanted my car transported damage free and having piece of mind and a stress free experience was worth the few extra dollars. Alex was great to work with, he kept me informed and was always easy to reach on a direct line and I felt like I was speaking with a friend rather than a company. My MINI required a closed carrier due to it's low clearance (which increased the cost significantly). But after meeting the driver/owner who was transporting my car, I was glad my car was shipped this way. He wraps the car in plastic to keep oil, dirt and debris from your car. My friend told me that when she moved a car across country her car was on the bottom of a carrier and when it arrived it was covered in oil from the car above. I was glad that this would NOT be my experience, especially since my car is a convertible. The driver/owner also told me that once my car was in place it wouldn't be moved until I picked it up and from the position in the carrier I could tell this was true. Also shipping in a closed carrier are generally more expensive cars and I think the drivers would be more careful with the load. In addition the many tips and videos that Ship A Car Direct were extremely helpful. My car arrived 100% damage free and earlier that I expected. The transporter did not charge extra for holding my car for 4 days while I was driving to AZ. I HIGHLY recommend Ship A Car Direct and the company they chose for me, to transport your car anywhere.

We were nervous about shipping our daughters car home from Colorado and were bombarded by people calling us after we typed in some information on a website. One stood apart from the rest Ship A Car Direct, after checking the reviews we decided to go with them. Boy are we glad we did, they were very professional, costs were exactly what they said they would be. The car was picked up by a very courteous young man who reassured our daughter the car would arrive in approximately 10 days. We received a call in 6 days that the car was ready to be delivered. We arrived to find the car already off the carrier and the driver waiting patiently for us. We were pleasantly surprised to see the quality of the vehicle that transported the car, we looked over the vehicle, everything was just as it was when it left Colorado. We paid the driver and brought the car home. Easy peazy!!! Definitely check these guys out, we would highly recommend them.

I worked with Tom who was able to secure a driver to pick up my car at my address in St. Louis within 24 hrs of my call because I was pressed for time. The Driver was courteous and professional and I felt comfortable that my car would be safe on the trip. The car arrived on time and undamaged in a easy to pickup location in San Francisco. The whole process was easy, I paid the deposit online and paid the remainder to the driver in cash. I would highly recommend Ship a Car Direct and would use their services again.

From the first time I spoke with Scott, I knew Ship A Car Direct would be the company we would use. We were transporting our vehicle from Springfield VA to Heber City, Utah. Since Heber City was a little out of the way, we agreed to pick up our car in Salt Lake City. Car was picked up on July 23 and arrived on July 27. The driver agreed to meet us in Park City Utah, which is only a 15 minute drive for us. The driver was very courteous and friendly. Would recommend Scott and Ship A Car Direct to anyone who needs to have a vehicle transported.

I recently had my daughters car transported from New Jersey to Davie Florida where she moved to attend grad school at Nova . I worked directly with David and he was very patient with us and the move went well . Arrived in perfect condition and the driver was especially nice. would recommend this company to everyone needing a car delivered. Ours came from Montana to TN, approximately 2000 miles. I found Ship A Car Direct online after reading several positive reviews. I thought I would give them a try. David was my my only contact and he was wonderful. He answered all of my questions and got back to me promptly.
