I chose Ship a car direct after reading reviews & also BBB. I also had three companies give me an estimate, but Stefan at Ship a car direct was the onlly broker that took time to call me to answer my questions & explain why his estimate was higher than the others. Another broker gave me an initial low ball estimate but wouldn't ship my car for at least 2 weeks or they would have to raise the estimate by $300.00. I needed the car to be shipped ASAP & Stefan promised it would go on Friday & his estimate doesn't go up, which it didn't. My only problem was with the Ship a car direct app & the initial customer service of SDM transport. Lack of communication. SDM driver was timely & very professional & my car arrived to CA with no problems & in as good a shape as it was sent. I would definitely use Ship a car direct again, especially if Stefan is my broker contact

It took only 15 min of my time to have my car shipped safe and sound. All I did is submit an order request and they called me up to schedule a date for shipping my car and once picked up I had it delivered it in 4 days from Arizona to Georgia. Very trustful.

I ultimately chose Ship-A-Car Direct after reading many reviews about them, as well as many reviews on many other companies. I read about so many bad experiences with other companies from many other customers & decided cheaper was not better & even companies that were in the same price range or higher, people had many complaints.David handled my account & he was helpful & upfront about how everything worked, when to expect pick up of my car & what the price would be. There were no hidden costs at all. My quote was for $895 to ship my car from Arizona to Florida & was literally door to door service. The driver was pleasant & answered all my questions. My car left on a Wednesday & arrived on Friday. There were no problems & no damage fo my car. David stayed in touch with me & followed up after delivery. I was very pleased with the entire process & would recommend Ship-A-Car Direct & would use them again!

We contacted Ship A Car Direct for transport of 2 vehicles from northern California to Washington. The service agent, Emily, responded very promptly to our emails and needs. A carrier (Lana Auto Transport LLC) was assigned quickly and we had a great experience with the carrier assigned. The carrier contacted us when he was supposed to to arrange pickup and was extremely friendly and professional. Our cars arrived on time in Washington in the same condition as when we left them. Emily followed up with us to ensure the delivery of our cars went well. We were very happy with our service and everything was easy and smooth.

I had a shipment for my car from Washington to Nevada. Ship a car direct found a great company to take care of my shipment on the dates I requested. The process was quick and easy. There was no damage to my car whatsoever. Will be using again.
