I have never shipped a car before and have heard many horror stories. My first exchange with shipacardirect was when Gabby contacted me and throughout the process Gabby was a great help and always very reassuring. The videos where quick and useful. Although I had some doubts about the company that transported our car due to the fact that it was a very small company, they were great, on time and very courteous. I definitely would reuse and recommend this service.

Coordinating the dates was a little tough in the middle of the busy summer moving season, but Tom was very helpful in securing a date. Once I dropped off the car and made arrangements with the driver, everything was set. I was surprised how quickly my car arrived - in 7 days. And it was not as dirty as I expected it to be - nothing a quick car wash could not take care of. Overall a great experience. Would recommend.

My experience shipping 2 corollas with Ship A Car Direct was fast and reliable. The cars arrived with no damage, nothing stolen, and one day early. The mileage was exact on delivery as it was at pickup. Gaby was professional and she has excellent communication specials. Car was picked up 2 hours after I contacted Eric at Ship a Car direct. The process was so easy and hassle free. No wonder they are the top rated company for car transport on Consumer Reports. I would highly recommend them and Tomas Towing for all your transport needs.

Everything went smoothly, we were happy with the service. We were told about the transporter well in advance and given their contact info. After watching short videos on their website, we were also able to talk to ShipACarDirect customer support to clarify specific questions like what could be left in the car, and what time our friend at the delivery location would have to be available. We also were told clearly that we would need to pay the carrier by cash or cashier's check or money order, which we did. There were some minor issues finding our house but our phone numbers were forwarded to the carrier so that they could call us, which they did to resolve those issues.

Was put in touch with a great carrier in plenty of time to coordinate a smooth transition for my auto coast to coast. Would recommend and use again.
