Just starting to figure what to do with my storm-damaged shelter. Described the situation to Lee Ann Stone and she jumped right in to help me with info on all the angles possible. Sent me an owners manual for my old shelter, so I can begin to name and catalog what is damaged and what is not. Used the chat function to order a replacement canopy for a 15 year old SOJAG gazebo. Once I found the model number card under the old canopy the order was very smooth and easy. I was assisted by Arelis, who had no problem finding the right item, placing the order and answering my follow up questions. All very friendly, professional and efficient.

The directions are horrible tell you to put it together then to take it apart to put the cover on (HUH)!!! I'm sure they work but putting it together was horrendous vague directions pour illustrations.just confusing 5 1/2 hours later took it down and apart bringing it back. NEVER AGAIN

This is the second replacement cover I have ordered (two different shelters) I was very pleased with the assistance I received first time when all I had were dimensions, no model or replacement numbers. This order was just as courteous and prompt. Thank you !!
