I thought that ordering a heavy duty cover replacement for my Shelter Logic garage from Canada may be difficult, but thanks to Lynn McCann, it was a breeze. She not only completed the order correctly and quickly, but answered all my questions about snow load, care and maintenance. Cover was delivered within three weeks. Lynn is a credit to your company.

Best service ever !! Way beyond my expectations (and immediate needs). Extremely helpful, efficient and generous with the remedy to my problem shelter cover door (a manufacturer error that made the zipper door unusable). Thank you very much LeeAnn Stone. Top service marks all the way. Thomas Victoria BC Canada

Needed to order over the phone. Lee Anne S. was really friendly, professional, and 100% helpful and accommodating. Thanks!!!

I recently purchased a 20x12x8 replacement cover for my shelter logic. Rachel Shea, the representative that helped me was absolutely incredible. I had no problems ordering my replacement cover and conversing with her was easy as she spoke perfect English. I was happy to receive my cover a week or so later, however when the box containing my cover arrived the box was torn on both sides, exposing the contents. I didn’t know what may or may not have been in the box during transport and if anything had falling out. I inspected the contents very carefully and noticed that the covering had been damaged. The edges of the covering had been compromised with small holes as if being dragged on an abrasive surface. I videotaped the damaged box and took photos of the holes or cracks on the edges of the covering. I explained my situation to Rachel and sent her the video and photo of the damaged contents. Rachel was so apologetic and immediately tried to help me. Without hesitation, she realized that the content was damaged during transport to Hawaii and offered a complete new covering to be sent to me free of charge and shipping cost. If that is not customer service I don’t know what is. Outstanding service Second to none. I am truly sold and stand by their product and their integrity. A very satisfied customer way out in the Pacific Ocean. Thank you very much. Glenn Sakamoto

Suffered a wind storm April 21st 2022 and as a result a few 12 tons trees went through my beloved Shelter logic shelters. I contacted Danny shortly after gathering information if i could salvage partially what was good out of my heavy duty frames and Danny was very respondent to re-use and followed my ideas. He did not try to upsell me and was ultra helpful listening to my plan and brought valuable with his expertise. I called twice over the course of this past year and every time i was greeted with the same great personality and upmost respect. He answered all my questions no matted how trivial they were. I Thank You Sooooo much Danny for your high level of expertise and your undivided attention by helping me navigate through my challenging requirements. Cheers, Yves

I sent an email enquiring the availability of a roof kit for our shed that caved in from too much snow weight...not really very confident I would hear back on the matter. Well, I was pleasantly surprised the following day when Laura Miller not only replied, she attached the manual so I could easily select the parts needed, and then she sent us a quote. I think she deserves a big shout out for going the extra mile and being a pleasure to deal with. Thank you, Dodger Miller (no relation)

Rachel Shea was very friendly and helpful with my missing manual issue. She sent the manual via email and understood my frustration when the emails I had sent weren't replied to. She made sure I received the email and everything she did and said was excellent customer service.

The rep who helped me with all my questions after our shed got damaged by incredibly heavy snow was great. She gave me all the info I needed and was timely with her responses.
