I would like to compliment The Lady Marangelly Santiago. She showed excellent customer service to me. She was very courteous and kind and diligently helped me to get information I needed help with. If it was up to me I would want to see her get a raise on her pay for this.

Found the cutomer service person Bill Huff very helpfull. He walked me through the parts I neededed and gave me a costing and a call back to confirm the order. Took time and had patience to clarify what I needed and accomodated my requests. A very good reflection on the company.

My first Shelterlogic garage in a box deteriorated within three years of installation. The top crumbled due to sunlight uv exposure. I ordered a replacement at $275 and was told by the order person that I was fortunate to get three years. I was the told that I could spend about a thousand dollars if I wanted a replacement cover that would last a year or two longer. This is bullsh!t. I just checked my second Shelter cover and found at least a dozen holes in it. It is only a bit older than two years. It is evident that Shelterlogic provides cheap products that simply don't last unless you want to pony up thousands more dollars. Is there an alternative product to those offered by Shelterlogic?

Hello David, We are awfully sorry to see that you are unhappy with your cover. Please know that fabric life is affected by the application, location, and the physical elements the shelter is exposed to. If you live in an area that gets more sun exposure than most of the cover, along with exposure to other elements such as strong winds and snow (if applicable), it can also affect longevity. We do offer replacement cover kits in Standard, Heavy-Duty, and Ultra-Duty material. The heavier materials have longer warrantied and life expectancies which might better suit your needs. Please note that the price has increased over the last couple years due to inflation. If you have any questions or wish to place an order, please call us at 1-800-932-9344. Thank you

I had an issue with a couple of panels on my new purchase. They came with holes, not the problem of Arrow. But the company that I received from. Mercedes answered my call and took care of the issue.
