The gazebo itself is wonderful, pretty good quality so far. I can't say the same for the ripped up cover. It says it's made of 200 oz tarp, which I suppose it's thick, but NOT thick enough for $330 and our winters. Does this mean that I have to pay $330 every winter to get a new tarp since mine will be destroyed??? I don't know. Seems wasteful.

Instead of having a five-star they should have a minus I didn't want to give you one star you're applied to my review now why would I want to go out and spend all that money again on the replacement cover when I paid a lot of money for the shelter I live in Akron Ohio the elements aren't bad we get rain we get snow we get sun for what I paid for it it should last longer than what it did to everyone out there it's a rip off it's not worth it if you're setting it up inside your house it might last a while or inside your garage it might last a while but other than that I would never ever buy another one for outside use

I received a beach tent for my wedding shower after using it once it broke. Customer service was extremely helpful and shipped me a new one very quickly. Thanks again for being quick and helpful!

Knowledgeable and responsive staff

I would like to thank Anthony Catucci for his help in replacing a defective 12 x 20 brown shelter cover. He was courteous and understanding of the problem and had a new cover on its way in short order. We can now recommend this product again. Thanks David
