I do not recommend anyone to choose "Shelly home automation". This system does not work. Even Shelly technicians were unable to set it up and we still have non-working contacts, lighting, sensors, etc. They just set up one sensor and turn off another thing. They may be good for automating some production or fire alarm system, but for Home automation system they are a complete zero - they are useless. We regretted 100 times that we made our apartment with them.

Ich habe mehrere Geräte gekauft. Eins ließ sich nicht installieren. Ich wollte es zurückgeben und musste mehrere Tage mit dem Service hin und herschreiben, weil man immer neue Unterlagen angefordert hat (Fotos, Screenshots usw). Eine ganz schlechte Erfahrung. Auf keinen Fall direkt bei shelly kaufen!!!!!

I have deployed several Shelly devices at home and I am very satisfied. I just had a couple of issues but have been quickly fixed with the excellent support via email and eventual device replacement when needed.

Ein Shelly Plug hat nicht mehr funktioniert. Der Support hat sich umgehend zurückgemeldet. Nach Prüfung habe ich einen Neuen bekommen und der Versand war auch kostenlos.

Shelly Plug S Gen3 ist eine schöne, programmierbare Steckdose mit vielen IoT Funktionen und Smart Hub. Leider gibt es kein Logging für Skriptfehler. Wie soll man in einer neuen Umgebung programmieren, wenn man keine Fehler angezeigt bekommt? Schade, Geld für nichts ausgegeben.
