I purchased XXL screen directly from their website. They shipped it to incomplete address (!), item could not be delivered and was returned back to them. I tried to make contact with them, no response. No contact from their side, no attempt to resend it. Looks like a deliberate act. A theft. Bulgarian company selling Chinese merch while employees working for themself. lol

Ordered directly from Shelly.com dispatched fast, and arrived in the UK fast. Their courier (Evri) lost the delivery and it was obvious from the tracking, raised a ticket with Shelly support and they were extremely unresponsive, and useless. 12 days since the last tracking update and they still refuse a refund because it “might be delivered soon”

NEVER SHELLY EUROPE.

I installed 63 shelly products in a new home 3 years ago. They included the EM, 1, 1PM, dimmer and rgwb2. At first I was impressed but then they slowly started failling. Almost half of them have died now. I have moved to another product and will never buy another Shelly product again.
