I placed an order for the deluxe ring my daughter had asked for Christmas on the 10.12 24 thinking there was plenty time to receive for Christmas i received shipping info straight away and delivery was expected 16th-17th December by the 19th I had still not received my item and the tracking info had not changed at all from the date I placed the order I emailed and received a response the next day stating Christmas delivery busy period etc which I understand so I waited a few more days by the 23rd I was worried so emailed again was told parcel was in country with royal mail and if it didn't arrive in time for Christmas I would receive a gift card the next day the shipping had updated stating item was about to leave the country of origin so on the 23rd it obviously was not with royal mail in England anyway finally received on the 30th December ring is lovely I did email asking about said gift card but no response as of yet reading reviews I see alot of other people have the same issue with Christmas deliveries some since November I would advise ordering with 6 months in advance if needed for a gift for anything shame things seem to arrive faster from China no bother 😬

Echt bizar slecht. Ring besteld voor mijn vriendin. Dat duurde vrij lang totdat ik wat hoorde, dus maar een klacht ingediend bij Klarna. Na een paar uurtjes (!!) al reactie ontvangen met de vraag of ik de klacht wilde intrekken, hierna zou ik gelijk geholpen kunnen worden. Dit gedaan hebbende niks meer gehoord. Inmiddels ruim een maand geleden en nog niks geleverd. Desalniettemin, fijne feestdagen! 🥳

Заказал кольцо 18.12.2024. Прошла ровно неделя, никаких изменений в отправке товара, помощь клиентам не отвечает на мои сообщения! Я считаю, что это скам и не советую заказывать на данном сайте. Читая другие отзывы, есть надежда, что можно вернуть деньги. Но все же не советую. Если будут какие-то изменения, напишу другой отзыв! (Редактирую отзыв) Кольцо пришло 17.01.2025. Упаковка, коробка и само кольцо шикарное. За товар ставлю 5 звезд, за общение с клиентами, дистанционную помощь и тд. ставлю 2 звезды. Заказывать можете смело, это не скам, но рассчитывайте, что доставка будет не 2-3 или 7 дней, она будет дольше, но я думаю оно того стоит.

My partner order a ring for me for Christmas and it's made my finger go green. After reading reviews I was annoyed as no one else seemed to have this problem but made my finger green and really itchy

order never arrived, it’s a total scam, dont fall for it

Ordered on the 10th December with express shipping so I knew it would be here in time for Christmas. No tracking available and I’ve emailed 3 times and no one replies. Definitely won’t be here in time for Christmas now. Waste of money, won’t be ordering again.

My partner ordered off this website. Delivery was fine. He ordered a bracelet, earrings and a ring. The bracelet is lovely. However the earrings and ring are completely different to walk he actually ordered! Not like the picture at all. No one has gotten back to us from customer service.

worst client service i have experienced in my whole f life. i ordered a ring, was supposed to arrive in 3-4 days. i ordered on 1st of december, received a mail that my order is prepared on december 5. i sent my first mail regarding my package on 9 december. i received an automatic answer on 10december which said i could contact them if i had any questions. so i responded on 13 december that i would like an update on my package. i didn’t receive an answer for 3 days so on 16 december i send a third mail regarding my package and i didn't receive any answer again. my patience was up, so i texted them on whatsapp the same day. i received an automatic answer AGAIN saying i could text them if i had any other questions. so i answered them with the same question hoping i would finally get an answer to my question instead of an automatic response, finally i did and they told me that my order was sold and i need to until the restocked it. i was very upset but finally i had an answer and i was somewhat glad they had answered my demand for a compensation and they gave me a €13 discount on my order. the next day (17 december) i sent them a message to ask if there was any update, i didnt receive any answer back. the day after that (18 december) i sent another text to ask the same question again and received a short answer saying ‘ your order is still being processed. today (19 december) i sent another message regarding my order telling my complaints about the lack of emails/updates bout my package, they responded saying my order is being cancelled due to my language and they will refund me the money back, they refunded my €55 back meaning they took my compensation away + they cancelled my order against my will. so i ordered the ring another time, it got cancelled again, then i ordered it a third time and it got cancelled again. CONCLUSION: I WAITED 18 days for my order, i received a compensation after long waiting, then they cancelled my order saying it was out of stock so i had to wait, then the told me the order was being processed again, then they cancelled my order due to my language, then they took away my compensation and then they blocked my ip adress and cancelled my 2 new orders again. WORST CLIENT SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE. if i could rate minus i would rate minus 5.
