Jewellery is lovely and looks much more better I expected. Very happy with one of the rings I bought for my gf. However ordered as a gift I mixed up the size and waited 8 days for chanching

I ordered the ring and it arrived in 3 weeks, so far I have had no complaints. However, the ring was too big and I wanted to exchange it for a smaller one, the next day after receiving the ring, I immediately wrote to sevenesy's e-mail that I want to exchange the ring, after receiving a response from them, I sent the ring back to them, which they received on January 10 with all the email correspondence and purchase papers to make it easier for them, a month has passed, I still haven't received the ring, to e-mail I don't get any answers from them either. I had no choice but to write a bad review because of the indulgence and poor service. If I get the ring back and sevenesy responds, I will change my review. Update; Sevenesy responded to my requests and sent a exchanged ring, thank you Sevenesy for solving the problem, I hope other people don't have to go through the same trouble to get what they paid for

Mijn zoon heeft in december een ring besteld. De levering duurde al heel lang...de ring werd op 3 januari retour gestuurd. volgens het retourbeleid. De retour is op 4 januari aangekomen bij Sevenesy volgens de track &trace. Lange tihd hoorden we niets. Uiteindelijk lukt het om de retour af te handelen via de chat / whats app en geeft t bedrijf aan een langere tijd nodig te hebben om de retours te verwerken. Sevensy heeft inmiddels de retour verwerkt en het aankoopbedrag geretourneerd. Het duurde even maar t werd wel opgelost!

Een artikel gekocht dat ik wil retourneren maar ze reageren nergens op. Ik wil mijn geld terug! Inmiddels heb ik het adres in Raalte kunnen achterhalen waar dit "bedrijf" gevestigd is en wie hier achter zit. Mijn geduld raakt op en ben voornemens naar de media te stappen. ---vervolg--- Nadat ik dit had gepost werd er vrijwel direct gereageerd in de app. Ik heb daarna het artikel aangetekend retour gestuurd (dat verlies neem ik, gezien de eerdere reacties hier) en daags daarna het volledige bedrag retour gestort gekregen.

I ordered on 7 jan and its already 21 and since 13 january i havent got any updates on it , its stuck at ,, package is crossing the border” i ve tried to contact them but no answer… this was my 1 year gift to my girlfriend..terrible customer experience i can say also i tried to email them but no responses .. EDIT: i was contacted about them and we have resolved the problem so its all good right now.

If anyone read my review, sevenesy got into contact with me. And told me that I never put my house number, which we did. They gave us an option of a refund and that’s what we chose. As our parcel was ordered two weeks in advance. And they did indeed refund us today. Make of this website as you wish but they did refund us.

Ordered a ring long ago still no reply and not even replying to my customer service messanges avoid avoid avoid Update: Modifying the order because they did reach out after a long time non the less and refunded my payment.. Needs a few improvements on customer service and general management and might be viable in the future
