I ordered a ring ( order number 13027) at the 8th of march. The website said it will arrive in 2-3 days so i tought i suprise my girlfriend with a ring for our 4 year anniversary. After 5 days the ring didn't came. The support only wrote me a generated message to say it is the customs. Then why they say in the website the shipping is 2-3 days??? Im glad i didn't paid for express shipping too. I hope the Ring arrives in time at this week..

Unfortunately, it's been 1 month now and I haven't received either the shipment or the refund as they said. I shared an opinion on this site and they made me delete it for damaging the reputation and said they refused my order and would refund my money and since then no one has written to me or contacted me. If there is any progress, I will update this message. edit: They sent me an email similar like 2 weeks ago saying they are working on a refund for me. If I get my money, there will be a update for this message. Edit: stil no progress after almost 2 months edit: 3 months without refund or anything so they just send you a email that they work for solution and never do anything

Well it's been a long time since I sent an item back for a refund and after a while I finally got a response that my refund being processed and I should get my money back in a few days that was on January 21 when I got this email, so now its Feb 13 and I still didn't get my money, so I'm wondering if you are guys busy with it cause no answers to emails about it, I hope its not gonna take much longer since I've been waiting for my money more than a month now, order number 10346

Von Anfang an war das eine 5 von 5 sternen Erfahrung, bestellt wurde ein Ring, es kam schnell an, gut und wunderschön verpackt, auch von sich war der Ring absolut umwerfend. Doch alles änderte sich am dritten Tag, da habe ich bemerkt dass ein stein fehlt, und zwischen den Herzen eine art Verschleiß entstanden ist, sofort wurde der Händler kontaktiert, ganz schnell bekam ich die Antwort sie würden mir den Ring natürlich erstetzen, aber dann um die 1 monat stille, keine antwort, nirgends, nicht auf WhatsApp, nicht auf email, nicht auf der website, aber natürlich als es so weit kam dass ich zu paypal gehen musste und den fall melden, hat der Verkäufer mir am letzten tag vor dem geld zurückbekommen geantwortet mit den worten ich werde ein neues ring bekommen, wiedermal, ist jetzt auch schon eine woche her. Ganz ehrlich, nach all den Stress den es mir zubereitet hat, bereue ich es dass ich nicht 20€ mehr für den selben pandora Ring ausgegeben hab...

Ik heb 3 sieraden besteld en 2 van de 3 waren niet goed. De ring die ik heb besteld die geeft af en is dus geen echt zilver. Het armband gaat steeds weer los en daarom niet draagbaar. De ketting is wel goed. Schandalig dat ze zeggen dat de ring van echt zilver is en met wit goud eroverheen maar het is gewoon troep!!!!!

Ordered a silver tennis necklace and came in gold but this isn’t the only thing which bothered me. The thing is that this necklace look so cheap and doesn’t even correspond to photos. Service is good like payment and deliver but taking in consideration that I wrote them couple emails and never get any response. Also wrote a review which they never posted. I placed an order for the deluxe ring my daughter had asked for Christmas on the 10.12 24 thinking there was plenty time to receive for Christmas i received shipping info straight away and delivery was expected 16th-17th December by the 19th I had still not received my item and the tracking info had not changed at all from the date I placed the order I emailed and received a response the next day stating Christmas delivery busy period etc which I understand so I waited a few more days by the 23rd I was worried so emailed again was told parcel was in country with royal mail and if it didn't arrive in time for Christmas I would receive a gift card the next day the shipping had updated stating item was about to leave the country of origin so on the 23rd it obviously was not with royal mail in England anyway finally received on the 30th December ring is lovely I did email asking about said gift card but no response as of yet reading reviews I see alot of other people have the same issue with Christmas deliveries some since November I would advise ordering with 6 months in advance if needed for a gift for anything shame things seem to arrive faster from China no bother 😬
