I purchased the Deluxe Ring, and overall I am very satisfied with my purchase ( and my girlfriend too) . The only issue was the delivery. I paid extra for expedited shipping, but the promised delivery date was not met. However, I appreciate that the company refunded the additional shipping fee without any problems, so I cannot complain about how they handled the situation! Another area for improvement is communication I think. In my experience, responses usually arrived the following day. I believe having a customer service phone line would help resolve issues much faster and more efficiently. The company always responded to my messages, and none of my inquiries went unanswered. As for the order itself, I was very pleasantly surprised by the packaging, which looked elegant and premium. The ring fully met my expectations, and my girlfriend extremely satisfied with the final product. Apart from the delayed delivery, my experience was very positive and I would definitely recommend this store to other customers.

I ordered a lovely ring from this site on 12/26 for a birthday on 1/11 figuring this would be plenty of time. I started reaching out to the company on the 7th through every means without response. Left a 1 star review on this site and received the response below. I replied to the response and still did not get any info. On 1/14 I finally contacted my bank to reverse charges and planned on purchasing a different gift. The company finally contacted me, upset that I had contacted my bank and claimed that they had contacted me with all my information, which they had not. I ended up receiving the ring today 1/16 and I have to say that it is absolutely gorgeous. I have contacted my bank and opted to change my review. It was stressful not being able to contact the company but I have absolutely no complaints about the product.
